The cultivation of vines and olive groves in our area, started in the fourth century BC, in the ancient Cora. Respect for ancient traditions and passion for quality agriculture, are the engines of our productions. From the estate vineyards, conducted by means of organic Agriculture, the grapes of Nero Buono di Cori originate. The marc obtained after careful vinification are distilled in small copper cauldrons with a discontinuous vapour system. This is how this grappa is born, pure expression of our business and territorial produce potential.
